Roxanne Cabanero Acosta’s rape incident with Vhong Navarro never happened according to reports.

On the submitted affidavit to Pasig City Prosecutor’s Office, Roxanne Cabanero Acosta claimed that she was raped by TV host-actor Vhong Navarro on April 24, 2010 at around 10:30 to 11:30pm in Astoria Plaza Hotel, Ortigas, Pasig City.

But the credibility of Acosta’s story was questioned by many after reports revealed evidence of Navarro being in a concert together with Vice Ganda and Kean Cipriano at Island Cove in Kawit, Cavite on the same date.

According to a report, the alleged incident didn’t happen because Vhong Navarro was a guest performer at ‘May Nagtext May Show Ako’ concert. The said event finished at around 2 in the morning, April 25, 2010.

Cipriano was able to tweet after the said show congratulating Vice and Vhong for the successful show.

Also, a video was uploaded on Youtube by a certain Wharzeek three years ago showing Navarro on the said event.

In an interview aired on TV Patrol Friday, Roxanne Acosta Cabañero recalled the alleged incident involving actor-host Vhong Navarro.

Speaking with ABS-CBN News correspondent Doris Bigornia, the 24-year-old former beauty pageant contestant said that the alleged rape happened 4 years ago during one of her pageant stint in Manila.

Acosta said she met Navarro when she and her fellow candidates visited the studio of “It’s Showtime.” Watch the video below for the whole detail!

However, netizens were puzzled if the allege incident involving Navarro was true or just a diversion from Lee-Cornejo case. Acosta denies connections with Lee and Cornejo company.

Deniece Cornejo revealed that Vhong Navarro raped her not once but twice!

Controversial model Deniece Cornejo is accusing Vhong Navarro of a double rape charge. In a report of ABS-CBN news, Cornejo said Navarro first sexually assaulted her when they were together in Forbeswood Heights condo unit on January 17, 2014.

The revelation was made when Cornejo submitted her counter-affidavit to DOJ’s prosecuting panel last Friday.

Meanwhile, Cornejo’s lawyer, Atty. Howard Calleja, explained why it was only now that Cornejo revealed the alleged incident. He said their camp didn’t deny that the alleged rape happened but was just “quiet” about it.

Calleja said “leeway and understanding” must be given to Cornejo.

However,  Navarro’s lawyer Atty. Alma Mallonga, said it was clear that Deniece Cornejo lied in her counter-affidavit and that her admission on the alleged January 17 rape will damage her credibility.

A certain Rhoanne Aguilar is reportedly going to testify for Roxanne Acosta Cabanero.

According to ABS-CBN News, Rhoanne Aguilar will testify in the Roxanne Cabanero vs. Vhong Nvarro rape case. Aguilar is Cabanero’s co-candidate in the 2010 beauty contest. Roanne is one of the eyewitness and one of the first person to learn the rape incident claimed by Roxanne Cabañero.

In a text message sent to ABS-CBN News, Atty. Adel Reyes, the legal counsel of Rhoanne Aguilar, confirmed that “Ms. Aguilar is a witness to the Cabañero case.” However, Aguilar’s camp refused to discuss the matter in public to “protect the integrity of the legal process.”

A Facebook post of ABS-CBN news shows a photo of Vice Ganda arriving at Pasig Regional trial Court. He is said to file his affidavit containing his knowledge of where is Vhong Navarro was on the night of Roxanne Acosta Cabanero‘s allege rape.

It was earlier reported that Vhong Navarro attended Vice Ganda’s concert in Cavite on April 24, 2010, the same date of Cabanero’s allege rape claim.

ABS-CBN Bandila apologizes over wrong report of Flesh Eating Disease in Pangasinan.

ABS-CBN late night news program Bandila finally apologizes to public on February 27, after sensationally reporting a “mysterious flesh eating disease is slowly spreading in Pangasinan.”

Bandila statement read as:

“Bandila” apologizes for the unintended fear and panic caused by its report on the cases of skin diseases in two towns in Pangasinan.

In accordance with internal standard procedures, ABS-CBN’s Office of the Network Ombudsman is currently investigating the circumstances that led to the airing of the report.

ABS-CBN News will take the appropriate actions based on the findings of the Network Ombudsman.

The report of Jasmine Romero featuring two cases of the alleged mysterious skin disease, that turned out to be a complete hoax, causes panic to Philippine nation on Tuesday, February 25.

Controversial model Deniece Cornejo posts a screen shot of her supposed text message to Cedric Lee after Vhong Navarro first visited her in Forbeswood Condominium on January 18, 2014.

The alleged message reads: “Help im being harassed”.

Deniece Cornejo, on Friday Feb 21, claimed on her counter-affidavit submitted to DOJ’s prosecuting office that Vhong Navarro raped her not once but twice. Cornejo said Navarro first sexually assaulted her when they were together in Forbeswood Heights condo unit on January 17, 2014.

However,  Navarro’s lawyer Atty. Alma Mallonga, said it was clear that Deniece Cornejo lied in her counter-affidavit and that her admission on the alleged January 17 rape will damage her credibility.

Actor-host Vhong Navarro has filed his counter-affidavit against former beauty pageant contestant Roxanne Cabanero, who filed rape case against him.

Navarro together with his three back-up dancers, personal assistant, concert producer and his brother, submit the counter affidavit at the Pasig prosecutor’s office on Thursday, March 6, 2014.

According to Vhong Navarro, there is no truth on the alleged April 24, 2010 rape incident claimed by Roxanne Cabanero.
