Watch the movie trailer of ‘She’s Dating The Gangster’ starring Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo.

Based on the popular novel by Bianca Bernardino, ‘She’s Dating The Gangster’ follows the story of Athena Dizon, a 17-year-old student, and Kenji de los Reyes, a rebellious teenager. They begin a pretend relationship in order to spite Kenji’s ex-girlfriend, but slowly their relationship inevitably transforms into something greater.

She’s Dating the Gangster will be the third big-screen of Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo which is set to hit theaters on July 16, 2014.

The movie is directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina, who previously worked with both Padilla and Bernardo in the hit television series “Got To Believe.”

Senator Meriam Defensor Santiago reveled to public that she has been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer.

“I’m the only senator who, out of boredom, has developed a relationship with a boy toy. But that is not the case, the distinction lies somewhere else.”

“Ladies and gentlemen, allow me to introduce myself to you as the only senator who has been diagnosed with lung cancer as of last week. I have cancer of the left lung, which makes it hard for me to breathe,” Santiago said in front of press people who are expecting political plans in the 2016 presidential election.

Santiago also said she’s even excited that she has cancer.

“I’m very excited. I’m not kidding. [I told myself] Yes! I got cancer. Because now, I’m entering another dimension of my life, that’s my attitude.”

The cancer has reached stage 4, it is not metastatic – which means, it is not spreading.

“This is good news. When they examined my biopsy, they discovered that certain persons like myself who are very, very lucky, have been capable of genetic mutation, maybe from living a healthy lifestyle.”

She said her doctors do not know what caused the cancer and she will undergo 6 weeks of treatment to battle the cancer.

The Voice Kids Philippines Battle Rounds returns tonight, Saturday, July 5, 2014.

ABS-CBN top rating and Twitter trending vocal competition The Voice Kids Philippines returns with its second Battle Rounds and it’s Team Bamboo’s turn tonight.

The ‘Battles’ will feature a three-way clash with only one aspiring singer in each group to move in to the next round of the competition, the ‘Sing-Offs’.

At the end of the “Sing-Offs” round, the six artists will be trimmed down to two.

The top 6 kid artists of Team Bamboo will be revealed and will then again perform in the “Sing-Offs” rounds on Sunday, July 13, 2014. The six will be trimmed down to two artists to perform in the live rounds of The Voice PH!
