According to ABS-CBN News, NBI director Efren Meneses alerted all ports in the country to prevent the escape of Cedric Lee and Deniece Cornejo.
“We have alerted the ports in Manila, Davao, Cebu as well as the international airports,” said Meneses.
On Monday, a non-bailable arrest warrants for serious illegal detention was issued by Judge Paz Esperanza Cortes against Cornejo, Lee, Jed Fernandez, Simeon “Zimmer” Raz Jr., and Ferdinand Guerrero.
Meanwhile, the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) said yesterday that the cells for Lee, Cornejo and three others are all set, and assured that no special treatment will be given to the infamous group.
Cornejo will be placed at the jail’s female dorm.
